I wanted to create a 25th Anniversary style Tunnel Rat to pay homage to the original figure. I know I'm missing one detail from the original: the pistol and holster on the chest. Unfortunately, I'd made one that looked really nice but the holster just didn't look right on him. It was too large so I scratched it.
I sculpted the bandana and hankerchief that he's wearing around his neck (even thought you can't see it very well in my pictures due to the ammo belt) and filled in the belt buckle to cover up Shipy's anchor.
I think Tunnel Rat came out looking good and feel it goes well with the other 25th Anniversary figures. I'm looking forward to Hasbro's version to see how mine stacks up.
